1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Luvris is an AI-powered entertainment and inspiration app. All content — readings, interpretations, daily guidance and chats — is for entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not base important decisions solely on app content.

2. ACCOUNT

You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for your account's security. You must be over 17.

3. SPIRIT ENERGY AND PURCHASES

In-app energy (⚡) is usable only inside the app; it has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchased energy packs never expire. Subscriptions (Kâhin+) are managed through your store account and renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

Abusing the service (automation, reverse engineering, circumvention attempts, uploading content that violates others' rights) is prohibited and may result in account restriction.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Luvris brand, the sage character, the design and the content-generation systems belong to us. Content you upload (photos, questions) remains yours; you grant us only the processing permission needed to provide the service.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for outcomes of decisions based on app content.

7. CHANGES

These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced. Continued use means acceptance of the current terms.
