Terms of Use

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The Turkish version is the legally binding text and governs in the event of any discrepancy.

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form the agreement between ZYA AI TECH (Akatlar Mah., Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Türkiye — "we") and the person using the Luvris app ("you"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms.

If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

2. ⚠️ The nature of the service — it matters that you understand this clearly

Luvris is an app for entertainment and inspiration.

• The readings offered (including tarot, coffee cup readings, dreams, palmistry, horoscopes, angels, daisy, clairvoyance, fortune cookie and Confidant chat) are generated by artificial intelligence and are fictional.
• They are not definite information, prophecy, a guarantee or a forecast about the future. We make no claim that any reading will come true.
• Readings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice. Do not base your decisions about health, money, law or your relationships on them.
• The Confidant is not a therapist; it is an AI character. If you are going through a difficult time, reach out to a health professional or someone you trust.

By using the App, you accept that you treat the readings as an entertainment experience and that responsibility for the decisions you make rests with you.

3. Age

By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are using it with your parent's or guardian's permission. If you are under 18, you may use the App — including paid transactions — only with your parent's or guardian's permission.

4. Your account

• Creating an account requires a valid email address or a Google/Apple account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share your credentials.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete My Account. Deletion cannot be undone; your remaining energy, the value of your subscription and your history are not refunded.
• One person may open one account. Opening multiple accounts to collect welcome energy or bonuses is prohibited (§9).

5. Spirit Energy (⚡) — virtual content

Transactions inside the App are made with ⚡ Spirit Energy.

• ⚡ is not money, has no monetary value, cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred to anyone else, and cannot be used outside the App.
• You obtain a right of use over ⚡, not ownership.
• ⚡ is deducted when a transaction starts. If a reading cannot be generated due to a technical error, the deducted ⚡ is refunded automatically.
• No ⚡ refund is made for a reading you did not like — the service was delivered.
• When your account is deleted or closed, your right to any remaining ⚡ ends.

5.1 One wallet and a permanent balance (important)

All ⚡ in your account is held in one energy balance. Welcome energy, campaigns and bonuses, energy earned through optional rewarded ads, one-off packs, and energy added through a Luvris+ subscription all accumulate in the same wallet.

• Regardless of its source, unused ⚡ added to your account does not expire at the end of a billing period; it remains in your existing balance after your subscription ends.
• A new energy pack or subscription period does not reset your existing balance; new ⚡ is added on top of it.
• If a transaction costs more energy than your available balance, it does not start. Your energy balance can never fall below zero.

6. Luvris+ subscription and purchases

6.1 Plans

You can also buy one-off 100 / 330 / 920⚡ packs. The bonus energy shown for the 330 and 920⚡ packs is included in those totals. Current prices are shown in the app and in the store; prices may change.

6.2 What the subscription includes

• Permanent ⚡ addition: The energy listed above is added to your single wallet at each renewal and is not erased if unused at period end (§5.1).
• Luvris's Voice: Listen to readings narrated in Luvris' voice (requires an active subscription).
• Personal daily guidance: Free for subscribers (unlocked with ⚡ without a subscription).
• Discounted chat: Messages with Confidant and fortune assistants cost less ⚡ for subscribers.

All ⚡ received through a subscription or a one-off pack remains permanently in the same wallet. Feature scopes and ⚡ costs are subject to change.

6.3 Auto-renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, it renews for another period at the same price.
• The charge is taken from your store account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling: Apple → Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Google → Play Store → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep using Luvris+ features until then. Cancellation stops the next charge and the next energy addition; unused ⚡ already in your account is not erased and remains yours (§5.1).

6.4 Payment and refunds

Sales are made by Apple and Google; they collect the payment. Refund requests are therefore subject to the relevant store's policy and go directly to the store:

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google: Play Store → Order history

If a store issues a refund, we may reclaim only the ⚡ added for the refunded purchase or subscription period. This reclaim can never reduce your energy balance below zero.

7. Ads

On free usage you may watch rewarded ads to earn ⚡. Watching ads is entirely optional.

8. Content and intellectual property

• All rights to the App, its design, the Luvris character, the brand and the content belong to us.
• You have a personal, non-commercial right to use the readings presented to you — you may share them and take screenshots.
• The content you upload (photos, text) is yours. We process it only to provide the service to you (see the Privacy Policy).
• You may not copy the App, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to access its source code.

9. Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited and will lead to your account being closed:

• Opening multiple accounts to collect welcome energy/bonuses
• Accessing the App with automated tools, bots, scripts or modified clients
• Attempting to manipulate the energy balance, subscriptions or server responses
• Attempting to push the AI outside its rules or to expose system instructions
• Entering someone else's personal data, or unlawful, hateful or harassing content
• Reselling the service or trading ⚡

10. Interruption and changes to the service

We may change the App, its features, ⚡ costs and prices; and we may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, abuse or technical necessity. We are not responsible for outages originating from the AI provider; in such a case the deducted ⚡ is refunded.

If we terminate the service entirely while your subscription is running, we will assess a pro-rata refund request for the unused subscription period via the store.

11. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that readings will be accurate, on point, or come true.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the App. In any event our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

This clause does not affect your rights under consumer legislation or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

• You: you can delete your account whenever you wish (§4).
• Us: if you breach these Terms we may suspend or close your account without notice. In serious breaches (§9) any remaining ⚡ is not refunded.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We announce significant changes in the app; continuing to use it after the announcement means acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. If you qualify as a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
