Luvris — Account Deletion

Delete in the app (recommended):

1. Open Luvris and sign in
2. Settings → ACCOUNT → "Delete My Account"
3. Confirm the two-step prompt — your account and data are permanently deleted

If you can't access the app: email[email protected]from your registered address with the subject "account deletion".

Deleting data without deleting your account: You can delete individual readings from your history inside the app, and clear the Oracle's memory and companion chat memory anytime from Settings. You can also request deletion of specific data by emailing [email protected].

Deleted:

Your account, profile, reading history, companion chats, memory data and daily content.

Retained for a limited period:

• Purchase/energy records: 10 years (legal/financial obligation; contains no reading content)
• Deletion safety record: 30 days (technical user ID + two timestamps only)
• Abuse-prevention trace: up to 180 days (irreversibly hashed identity; no raw email)
