How does Spirit Energy (⚡) work?
Each reading uses some energy. Welcome energy, optional rewarded ads, Luvris+ additions, and one-time packs all accumulate in the same wallet. Unused energy remains permanently, regardless of its source, and your balance cannot fall below zero.
How does the voice work offline?
Luvris' voice downloads to your device once, on first use — after that it lives entirely on your phone. Narration needs no internet, and your audio never leaves your device.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your readings are private to your account — only you can see them. AI keys and processing are protected server-side, and you can erase your memory any time. Details in our Privacy Policy.
What happens if I delete my account?
Settings → Delete My Account permanently erases your account and all your data — reading history, Confidant chats, energy. This cannot be undone.
How do I claim the email verification bonus?
When you sign up with email, we send you a verification link. Tap it, then go to Settings → "Verify your email" → "I verified"; the remaining verification bonus is added to your account. Google and Apple sign-ins receive the full welcome bonus from the start.
If I cancel my subscription, do I lose my energy?
No. Cancellation only stops the next charge and the next energy addition. All energy already received through your subscription or one-time packs remains in your single wallet.
Are the readings guaranteed to be accurate?
No — and you shouldn't trust any app that says otherwise. Luvris never promises a certain future; it offers an experience that comforts you, makes you think, and leaves you wondering. Our content is for entertainment and inspiration.

My energy was deducted but no reading arrived.
If a reading fails to generate, your energy is refunded automatically. If your balance isn't restored within a few minutes, write to us with your user ID (Settings → "Copy your user ID").
I didn't receive the verification email.
Check your spam folder first. Then, in the app, request a new link via Settings → "Verify your email" → "Resend".
I deleted my account by mistake — can it be restored?
Unfortunately no — deletion is permanent and technically irreversible. You can create a new account; if you run into trouble, write to us and we'll do our best.
